Refund Policy
Please note Rizari offers refunds only in cses of defective products or in the form of store-credit. So if you wish to return an item - you may get it exchanged against an different product of your choice, or put forth an request for store-credit on support@rizari.in. The store-credit once given to you, will be valid for 3 months from the date of credit transfer.
Should you wish you avail an refund (only in the form of store-credit) please email to us with complete order/invoice details to support@rizari.in or call us on +91 8956003209.
We will assess the same and confirm back to you our acceptance or otherwise towards your request to refund (in the form of store-credit).
Upon acceptance to your request , we will confirm on pick-up. Please ensure that the product is unused & returned in good condition in the original packaging
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the same and validate your claim before confirming our decision to refund or otherwise.
In this manner, you will park the funds with us for an futuristic purchase or choose any alternative product of your choice of the same value or higher from our list of product within an period of 3 months.
If the value of the product chosen is more than the credit available, we will help you in paying the difference so as to complete the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
